What are you waiting for? Pick up that angel phone line already – God is calling you again to say that what you are praying about and the situation that you are thinking about is being taken care of.

Open your heart. Command it…”God open my heart” and sit and feel. So let go of your worries, fears or event a stuck emotion of not being happy and fulfilled. Open your soul, cry out your fears and pain and let God and the angels be your back up singers and they will take care of the rest.
I found a film called Leap Year. Has anyone seen this film? I am going to rent it as it looked cute and it appeared to have some great messages. If you have seen it, I’d love to hear from you. Here’s the trailer with a mini video snip it. LEAP YEAR!
I almost forgot. A few of you asked how the belly fat cure was going. Here’s the stats: In 8 days I have lost 2 inches and 8 pounds! I am very strict and do exactly what Jorge recommends. I eat 3 meals and 2 snacks and I also do not eat after 6:30 pm as I want the food to digest and begin to breakdown before I go to bed.

Sending you a terrific Tuesday full of comfort, peace and love. I am so proud of all of you for your hard work. As we continue to grow, sometimes we feel like we have decisions to make and we pray that the answer will just appear. Ok, there’s more to it than that. You must be clear on what it is that you want as life is full of choices. It is time for you to make a decision instead of others pushing you and making the decision for you. I saw a picture the other day where there was a man in a boat with beautiful sails, an amazing sun setting in the distance and the water was calm. What I noticed is that he had no motor on his boat and no oars in his boat yet the sails were blowing him to his destination. Remember the water is calm. What does all of this mean. If we trust that we will be guided we will, but we must be clear on what it is we want, let go of our fears, focus on the destination and enjoy the journey along the way.

When you are praying and asking for God and the angels to come and provide love, guidance and support are you listening for the response? Yes, you have to listen. Last night I sat in bed and asked for guidance with someone who is so dear to me. I asked to provide me clarity and I wanted a message of what can I do to help? As I lie in bed staring at the ceiling, I began to cry. The cry turned into an overwhelming feeling of grief. I heard a voice say, “Lay still”. I wiped my eyes and turned over onto my back. I put my arms down at my sides and I laid perfectly still. Imagine your breath slowing down. Imagine the tears stopping as a gentle calm coming over you. That is exactly what happened. The last thing I remember is waking up this morning. You may ask, Elizabeth what did you hear? Interesting question. What I experienced was the message. I felt an overwhelming emotion - the peace and love of God. It was the most beautiful reminder to be present and know that my prayers are being answered. My job is to be calm, be love, and most importantly be present.

Angels are calling. Are you picking up?
Sunday – Tuesday: As an intuitive I ask for guidance throughout my day. Our angels are always available, never get tired of our calls and are pleased to help as long as we ask. Yesterday I took a long bike ride and enjoyed just being and asked for guidance in reading for this week and to get clarity with my own shifts. The angels are sharing with us this week that we are gifted in many ways and we are here to share those gifts with others. I feel inclined to look at speaking and sharing your experience through your word. Take some time to pray and ask your angels what you were put here to do. Maybe you are to teach, speak publicly, sing, entertain, write or something that involves working with the public. It is time to let go of the fear and embrace this change. I feel a whirlwind of energy brewing up and we are going to be literally springing into Spring.
Wednesday – Thursday: Something is popping up for us in the middle of the week that we are being asked to pick up that other line. Yes, the angels are calling you again to say that what you are praying about and the situation that you are thinking about is being taken care of. If you worry, you will create what you think about. Release and ask for it to be taken care of. You may not see the results, but know and trust that it is being resolved in your highest good. Most importantly make sure to take care of yourself. Prayer: I don’t know how all of my of my cares, concerns, worries and fears are released. I only know it is so now. I am fulfilled..
Friday – Saturday: Ready to set off a spark of creativity? When was the last time you went outside and smelled the roses? That is the picture that I get. Take time to go outside or to a floral shop and walk around and take in the colors and fragrances. What are you attracted to? We are entering new beginnings and as the bud of the flower blossoms, so do we. Action step is to go a select a flower that you are draw to, smell it and if you can – buy it! Take it home and look up the meaning of the flower. Trust that there is a message and purpose for you whether it be healing, symbolism, color that changes your vibration and energy or the fragrance awakens a creative part of you that has been waiting to bloom.

Yesterday I spent the day observing how much pressure I actually felt in my life. There were a couple of times were I felt the expectations and judgement from others outward, but I kept those words separate from who I am. A key word for judgement is “Should”. If you hear that word, it is a red flag. Remove yourself from the equation. Are you or someone else placing judgement on people, places or things? The mindset is coming from a place of fear and lack. You owe it to yourself to unleash the unlimited possibilities within you. In placing your beautiful spirit in the place of fear, you are creating unnecessary limitations upon yourself.
For those of you who are new to this concept, allow me to offer some links at the end of this blog for you to read and or watch to assist you in finding clarity. Here are some examples of you may feel pressured or controlled:
Fear- If you do that no one will ever want to be with you. Oh, what about – If you do that I am going to leave you and you will be alone FOREVER!
Need to be needed – If we aren’t going to move in together you must not love me?
Peer Pressure – Everyone I know is going to go. OR You are the only one that I know that hasn’t …
